Celebrate Sikh Heritage Month 2026 at PAMA
BRAMPTON, ON (March 31, 2026) - Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) in partnership with the Sikh Heritage Month Foundation presents a month of reflection and celebration in downtown Brampton. Enjoy free admission throughout April, courtesy of the Sikh Foundation of Canada.
New exhibition: Baaghi ja Badshah
April 4 to 30
In partnership with PAMA, the Sikh Heritage Month Foundation presents the exhibition Baaghi ja Badshah. Discover the historical phases of Sikh life in which the community has stood as both baaghi (rebels) and badshah (leaders) and worked toward HalemiRaj, a vision of fair and ethical rule.
Opening event: Sunday, April 5, 1 to 5 p.m.
Join the opening event with special guests Harnarayan Singh, Canadian sports commentator and journalist, and artist Parm Singh.
Closing event: Saturday, April 25, 3 to 9 p.m.
Celebrate Sikh Heritage Month 2026 with performances and talks, including special guest Ravi Singhfrom Khalsa Aid.
About the Sikh Heritage Month Foundation
The Foundation works collaboratively with Sikh Heritage Initiatives across Canada. Each Initiative is independently organized by a committed team of community leaders and change-makers. In the coming years, they envision hosting programs and events in more cities around the world.
