Summer Fun Studio Times

Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August, 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

School’s out for the summer! Enjoy a staycation with these crafts that are perfect for sun-soaked days with good beach vibes! Get creative with our family studio time activities and escape into the carefree fun of the season.

Recommended for ages 5 and up, guardians must accompany children. These drop-ins are included in general admission. Members are free.

Week 1: July 3 – Sand Art: Create your own vibrant masterpiece with colourful sand, as we bring the fun of the beach to you!
Week 2: July 8 & 10 – Paper Kite Making: Design your own colourful kite and let your imagination soar high in the beautiful blue sky.
Week 3: July 15 & 17 – Colourful Suncatchers: Design a radiant suncatcher and brighten up your home with a splash of colour and light.
Week 4: July 22 & 25 – Retro Sunglasses: Fashion your own groovy sunglasses and add a splash of vintage style to your summer look.
Week 5: July 29 & July 31 – Tie-Dye Art: Unleash your creativity with tie-dye inspired art and watch your colours swirl into a vibrant creation!
Week 6: August 5 & 7 – Bubble Painting: Blow colourful bubbles onto paper and watch vibrant, whimsical patterns form in this fun, fizzy painting activity.
Week 7: August 12 & 14 – Nature Print Art: Press leaves and other natural textures onto paper to reveal stunning prints that celebrate the beauty of the outdoors.
Week 8: August 19 & 21 – Sunset Watercolour Painting: Paint a stunning sunset with soft watercoulor blends and capture the warm glow of evening skies.
Week 9: August 26 & 28 – Paper Sailboat: Fold, cut, and decorate your very own paper boat that floats on water and get ready for a high seas adventure!
