Kids birthday parties

Celebrate your child’s next birthday party at PAMA!

Parties are led by PAMA’s educators. Choose from one of our 4 Art Studio options and let us help you plan a creative and memorable experience.

Booking details

• Parties can be booked on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.
• Parties are 2 hours, includes an art workshop and time for cake and/or lunch.

Pricing options:

• Up to 12 children - $345.00
• Up to 16 children - $415.00
• Up to 20 children - $500.00

*10% discount for PAMA Members

What’s included:

• 1 hour and 15 minutes of instructor-led art time and 45 minutes of time for cake.
• PAMA admission for participants on the day of the party (children must be accompanied by an adult).
• Free passes for each participant for future visits.
• Small gift for the birthday child.

Canvas Creations (Ages 4-6)
Let’s get painting! Play with colours and create a one-of-a-kind work of art to take home.

Canvas Creations (Ages 7-12)
Hang on to your paintbrushes, it’s about to get colourful. Experiment with different techniques and make your own one-of-a-kind piece of art.

Sculpt and Shape (Ages 4-6) 
Squish, shape, and sculpt model magic to create your very own colourful creature.

Sculpt and Shape (Ages 7-12)
Roll up your sleeves, it’s about to get messy and oh so fun! Learn the basics about sculpting clay and bring a creature to life using air dry clay and paint.

Booking the party

1. Select your studio option.
2. Email PAMAbookings@peelregion.ca or call 905-791-4055 at least 14 days in advance to secure your desired date. Make sure to include the following information:
   • Birthday Child’s Name and Age
   • Preferred party date and a backup. Parties can be booked on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.
   • Expected number of children attending
   • Expected number of adults attending
   • Expected refreshments to be served
   • Choice of art studio
3. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party. This deposit is applied to your final invoice. The remaining balance of your invoice is required 14 days prior to the event.

When do you need my final numbers?

• We ask for an estimate when you book. This number includes your birthday child. If numbers change, please let us know at least 14 days before the scheduled party.

What do I need to bring?

• Cake cutter, utensils, napkins, plates, cups, table coverings and tabletop décor.
• Food is not provided by PAMA, but outside food is permitted. You are welcome to bring your own nut-free snacks, refreshments, cake or food delivery.

What do I need to know?

• All food and beverages must remain in the party room and cannot be consumed in gallery spaces. Please remove all food and decor at the end of the party.
• Candles, balloons, confetti, glitter, sparklers and piñatas are not permitted. Decorations cannot be attached to the walls.
• Food cannot be heated onsite. Food warmers are not permitted.
• Parents/Guardians may arrive a maximum of 20 minutes before the start of the party to setup and must depart promptly at the end of the allotted time.
• The party room can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests – 20 children and 20 adults.
• Parties will be held in PAMA’s Studio 2 or Classroom 2 based on availability.
• Limited onsite parking is available. Free parking is available on the street and in municipal lots. *One onsite parking spot will be reserved for party host.
• Dress for mess!

How many adults do I need to bring?

• Host parents must stay for the duration of the party. The ideal ratio varies by age:
  • Ages 4-5: 1 adult for every 2 children
  • Ages 6-8: 1 adult for every 5 children
  • Ages 9-12: 1 adult for every 8 children
